Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time you may either: 1) reschedule your appointment or 2) request a gift certificate for the total cost of your service A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling a scheduled service. If you do not let us know at least 24 hours in advance you are required to pay 100% of your service price. Secret Garden rarely needs to cancel appointments, however in an event where we have to, we refund you 100% of your charged service. If you are unable to make your appointment time, please call or text us immediately (314)-797-3945. DO NOT SEND AN EMAIL TO CANCEL APPOINTMENTS!
