Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time you may either 1) reschedule your appointment  or  2) request a gift certificate for the total cost of your service    A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling a scheduled service. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance you are required to pay 100% of your service price. Secret Garden rarely needs to cancel appointments, however in an event where we have to, we refund you 100% of your charged service. If you are unable to make your appointment time, calling or texting is preferred. (573) 864-5790  Please do not email us for cancelations.
