Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds on canceled appointments, however you may always reschedule or gift your $50 deposit, if you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. We require a 24-hour advanced notice when canceling a massage appointment. With cancellations in 24 hours or less, $50 of the scheduled service price will be charged as a cancellation fee. This cancellation fee also applies for same day appointments. For parties of two or more, the $50 cancelation fee applies to each person. If Secret Garden issues you a refund on your deposit, then you are subject to pay $1.75 for the transaction fee.
